Description:
A dynamic class, Hot Flow Happy Hour is excellent for developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and breath awareness. Incorporating both standing and floor work, the fluid design of class will guide you through a full body movement practice and leave you revitalized. Though accessible to all levels, some yoga experience is helpful due to the faster pace and heated room.
Reservations & Cancellations:
Reservations, suggested but not mandatory, can be created up until class is scheduled to begin.
Reservations may be cancelled up to twelve hours before class is scheduled to begin without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your package.
