Description:
Drawing from mat Pilates and mobility work, this class is designed to improve deep strength, balance, and coordination through controlled movement, precise technique, and breathwork.
Reservations & Cancellations:
Reservations, suggested but not mandatory, can be created up until class is schedule to begin. Reservations may be cancelled up to twelve hours before class is scheduled to begin without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your package.
