Description:
A thoughtfully planned workout on a uniquely engineered piece of equipment, Reformer consists of a set of exercises focused on proper form and technique. Every session will incorporate spinal movement, upper and lower body strengthening, and stability challenges. A more challenging class, Intermediate Reformer requires a thorough understanding of essential Pilates and is designed for a more experienced student. The Progressions class will be designed around a more advanced peak exercise (think tendon stretch, snake, star).
Entrance & Parking:
The Pilates studio entrance is located around the back of the building. Turning off of the Spur on Delta, take the first left on Omega, and park in the large lot on your immediate left.
Reservations & Cancellations:
Reservations are required and can be created up until class is scheduled to begin.
Reservations may be cancelled up to twelve hours before class is scheduled to begin without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your package.
