Description:
A fusion of Pilates and ballet, barre is an energetic class that incorporates high repetition, small range of motion exercises (pulse!pulse!pulse!) designed to improve strength, balance, and coordination. Class will consist of standing work at the barre and matwork on the floor using props such as a small stability ball, toning weights, and exercise bands to help achieve a full body workout.

Reservations & Cancellations:
Reservations, suggested but not mandatory, can be created up until class is scheduled to begin.
Reservations may be cancelled up to twelve hours before class is scheduled to begin without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your package.
