Description:
Incorporating intervals of cardio on the jumpboard, a sort of horizontal trampoline, into a Reformer based class, this class is a fun, challenging full body workout based on the principles of Pilates.

Entrance & Parking:
The Pilates studio entrance is located around the back of the building. Turning off of the Spur on Delta, take the first left on Omega, and park in the large lot on your immediate left.

Reservations & Cancellations:
Reservations are required and can be created up until class is scheduled to begin.
Reservations may be cancelled up to twelve hours before class is scheduled to begin without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your package.
